THE GR(AI)T DEBATE
The Gr(ai)t Debate, by Michaela Ternasky-Holland and Mikel Glass at the 2025 Onassis ONX Summer Showcase, explored AI’s implications on the political experience in America. I illustrated the exterior of Mikel’s thrilling interior installation, which imagined classical government architecture taken over by technology.


I was given photos of found objects and early construction, from which I created assets in the requested “illustrative” style. I combined these assets and added rust and shading to create the facade’s final depiction. 

It was meaningful to me that, in a project exploring the implications of AI, I could demonstrate the value of human touch.
