THE GR(AI)T DEBATE

I was comissioned by Michaela Ternasky-Holland and Mikel Glasses’s to illustrate the exterior to their performance experience at the 2025 Onassis ONX Summer Showcase. 

The Gr(ai)t Debate explored AI’s implications on the political experience in America, set in Mikel Glass’s thrilling interior installation, which reimagined classical government architecture as taken over by technology.
I was given photos of found objects and early construction, from which I created assets in the requested “illustrative” style. I combined these assets and added rust and shading to create the facade’s final depiction. 

It was meaningful to me that, in a project exploring the implications of AI, I could demonstrate the value of human touch.
